“Excellence is showing up as the best version of yourself every day”

rael bricker - Biography

What makes Rael distinctive as a speaker is not just the commercial credibility he brings to every stage, but the human story underneath it. In 2013, a near-fatal health event, two blocked arteries discovered only because of persistent neck pain during marathon training, forced a complete reset of his values and priorities. That experience became the foundation of his signature insight: the soft stuff is always the hardest stuff.

Rael Bricker is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) based in Perth, Western Australia, with a career spanning more than 30 years across mining, education, finance, and venture capital. He has built and exited multiple businesses, listed companies on international stock exchanges, and conducted research across 85 companies in 25 countries. His financial services group has settled over $3.3 billion in loans.

Today, Rael delivers keynotes and workshops to corporate conferences, leadership summits, and industry events across Australia and internationally. He is known for blending analytical precision with warmth, humour, and deeply practical frameworks that audiences can apply the very next day. His keynotes do not just energise a room, they leave leaders with tools, direction, and a mindset that endures well beyond the event.

Rael is available for in-person keynotes globally.
