Terri Anne Southern Schmidt is a retired healthcare executive having served roles as Executive Vice President of Life & Specialty Ventures, LLC, a holding company of multiple Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans. In addition, she previously served as President of Florida Combined Life, a subsidiary of Florida Blue. Under her leadership, she helped forge strategic alliances and partnerships that improved operational efficiencies, expanded market reach, and supported sustainable growth. Her leadership was marked by a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results.
Judge Bruce Tucker Smith is a retired United States Judge who spent over a decade in service to the United States Department of Homeland Security. He is also a retired United States Air Force Judge Advocate and Military Judge, with over 20 years of highly-decorated military service. Following his retirement from the bench and the military, he founded and served as CEO of a successful national professional services firm.
