Trevor B. West is a God fearing, positively persevering real estate investor inspired to design a maximized life on his terms. His passions are grounded in inspiring others to live deep and wide through Personal Leadership as he has gone from broke, ignorantly unhealthy, and emotionally corrupt to financially free, life-longevity focused and thriving in a beautiful relationship with his now fiancé.

Trevor B. West was born in northeast Ohio. Shortly after high school, Trevor joined the United States Air Force because college just wasn’t for him. He served as an Operations Intelligence analyst where targeting the adversary was the primary role and briefing high levels of command followed suit. He worked within a unit of the Joint Special Operations Command where he served in Afghanistan, North Africa, and various parts of Europe. It was there he learned the value of comradery, discipline, and responsibility.

During his time served, Trevor was on the local rugby team and after having his leg snapped he had a massive paradigm shift that jolted him into awareness of the “ordinary” and mediocre life he was living and he was on the search for more. After reading a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad, he realized that real estate was his ticket to freedom. From there he started buying small multifamily real estate assets. This is also where Trevor reconnected with his faith in Jesus Christ.

That is when he founded HYVE Community Investments and acquired several apartment units which allowed him to leave the military and be a business owner. Along this journey, Trevor realized his passion for personal development and taking 100% responsibility for everything that happens in one’s life and is now sharing that with the world from stages, social media platforms, and in everyday interactions.

Trevor places a huge reliance on relationships to enhance life and drive goals forward. Trevor is passionate about business and making an impact in people’s lives through the vehicles of health, wealth, relationships, and Jesus Christ. For him, it is imperative that others become aware the power within them can be tapped into at any moment.
