Dr. Bharwani founded Lifax Longevity to bring the science of the gut-brain axis to CEOs and executive teams — translating decades of clinical research into a framework for cognitive stamina, resilience under pressure, and long-term performance. He is the author of Of Myriad Paths and Wind in the Flute, a co-author of the international bestseller Cracking the Rich Code (endorsed by Tony Robbins), and is currently completing two additional books: Rewiring from the Gut and Microbiome and Me. He speaks on executive longevity, the biology of burnout, and the gut-brain foundations of leadership performance.
