peggy sullivan - Biography
Peggy Sullivan is a keynote speaker, author, and leading voice on Time Poverty, workplace capacity, and performance.
She helps leaders and organizations address a growing challenge in the workplace: too much to do and too little time for the work that matters most. Her work explores how overloaded calendars, competing priorities, unnecessary meetings, constant interruptions, and low-value work quietly consume capacity and limit performance.
Drawing on original workplace research and years of working with leaders and teams, Peggy challenges the traditional pursuit of productivity and asks a more valuable question: how can we create the capacity for people to do their best work?
Her approach, Performance by Design, helps organizations identify where time and attention are being lost, rethink how work gets done, and reclaim capacity for the priorities that drive performance, growth, innovation, and meaningful results. By reducing the hidden cost of workplace busyness, organizations can make better use of their people and resources, improve performance, and ultimately strengthen the bottom line.
Peggy is the author of Beyond Busyness: How to Achieve More by Doing Less and creator of the Time Poverty Index, a research-backed assessment that identifies the root causes of workplace busyness.
Known for her energetic, relatable, and practical speaking style, Peggy gives audiences more than inspiration. She provides a new way to think about time, capacity, and performance, together with actionable strategies they can put to work immediately.
Her message is simple: when organizations stop measuring success by how busy people are and start designing for capacity, people perform better, leaders lead better, and everyone has more space for the work and life that matter.
