A Canadian-born engineer whose diverse career spans environmental, nuclear, rail, food, and the toy industry. Beyond professional achievements, her journey is deeply rooted in a unique background as the daughter of refugees who escaped the horrors of the Sri Lankan genocide. Guided by her parents' enduring principles of striving for the best, Nelanthini navigated various industries, complemented by impacting hundreds of people through 1:1 mentoring, keynotes and workshop facilitation.

Despite outward success, Nelanthini grappled with living on autopilot, conforming to societal expectations. A wake-up call, marked by personal struggles and the loss of a dear friend to suicide, led her to question the authenticity of her scripted life. Now, she advocates for the power of intuition, urging others to rediscover authenticity and uncover true passions. Nelanthini's mission is clear: supporting women who, like her, may have lost touch with their identities amidst societal pressures.
