Mastering the Team Approach

The New World of Work requires that we move from the concept of departments to access the synergistic power of TEAMS. Phrases like "It's not my job" are part of the dying Old Order. However, many people have not been prepared for this transition by their previous work experiences. The evidence shows that no one is smarter than a team. This multi-media intervention exposes all the areas of the TEAM experience so that participants will be able to adjust their behaviours in order to be productive participants or leaders in TEAMS.
