Larry Szeliga, a TEDx Speaker, best-selling author, and Culture Architect, brings 50 years of leadership experience to his work. His journey, which began as an hourly worker and culminated in his role as CEO of a global corporation and board member for Blacksmith OTR/Michelin Tire, is a testament to his diverse experience. He has consulted with industry giants such as General Motors, GE Medical, and Colgate-Palmolive, helping to forge teams that excel and cultures that inspire. 


His unique ability to bridge the gap between GM management and United Auto Workers union representatives demonstrated in his impactful Trust Building workshop, led American University to grant him a master’s degree in Organization Development—without requiring a bachelor’s degree. Dr. Gervase Bushe, a globally recognized expert in Organization Development, has praised him as “a master at creating high-performing teams.”
