A rough childhood, decades of life experience and witnessing challenges of the poverty-stricken made Komal deeply interested in Human Happiness. Her sense of compassion always looks for ways to find and share happiness among others. She wants to see the world better and happier in every sense possible.

Her quest for happiness evolved with many professional courses and degrees she has obtained! She has studied ‘’Science of Happiness’’ and ‘’Science of Happiness at work’’ from University of California, Berkeley. She is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Public Speaker and an active member of Toastmasters. She is a Mindfulness Practitioner and Educator.

Her experience and knowledge with hypnotherapy allow her to dig deeper into human mind and explore the root causes for fears, stress, addictions and various other happiness blockers and use effective methods to overcome the same.

After 15+years of rich corporate experience, she spends most of her time learning, finding and sharing happiness. She has spoken at corporates, schools, colleges and many local clubs about various elements of human happiness.

Her talks are full of inspirational and personal stories, interesting activities, facts based on scientific research, humor, emotions and compelling call to action. Her keen interest and past work in theatre allows her to add a dramatic touch to her stories which makes it more realistic and compelling.

Her key motive for any talk is awareness and inspiration. She shares meaningful information and gives practical tools, to bring the necessary changes. She connects with the emotional brain of the audience and fills it with an inspiration to take action to be happier and thus making the world better and happier.

She describes her story from a shy girl to a motivational speaker and says:

My rough childhood made me shy and scared. I lacked confidence to talk to people. Later in life I discovered that I love talking. Public Speaking fascinated me. As life moved on, I figured out what I want to talk about and what the world needs.

My mission is to help people, organizations and communities to thrive in whatever they do by enhancing personal well-being and workplace culture. I left my corporate job in order to pursue my dream work of being a public speaker, sharing wisdom and inspiring people to live a more fulfilled life.

Research shows Happy people are more productive, creative, healthier and more committed to their organizations. Overall, ‘’Happy Employees Achieve Better Results’’. Hence, happiness not only enhances well-being at work, it also improves bottom line.

What’s Unique: Her workshops are concluded with a ‘’Deep Meditation Exercise’’ that enhances learning and motivation, which often has been rated as the best part of her workshops.
