keith o'neill - Biography
Do you know what it feels like to not be able to do what was once a given; to not be able to walk, talk, or live independently?
I do.
In 1988, I became the survivor of a life threatening head injury which required me to have to learn basic life skills all over again. Always active and upbeat prior to the accident, I was devastated. Through my many years of rehabilitation, I realized I had a choice to become bitter and a victim, or look at it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Through my continuing journey to heal physically, mentally and emotionally I chose to let go of the negative thoughts, change my attitude and embrace the opportunity to become an inspiration/mentor to others.
Since then I have become fascinated by the incredible power of the mind, the power of our thoughts and the direct effect they have both positively or negatively on our lives.
As a Keynote, Breakout, and Motivational Speaker, I have been delivering speeches to corporations, associations, and colleges for over four decades. My interactive seminars emphasize the individual’s responsibility to themselves and their organization.
My passion lies in sharing the wisdom I gained during my recovery. My purpose is to empower attendees with the tools and strategies they need to become the best versions of themselves, enhancing their mental and emotional well-being, and ultimately improving their overall quality of life.
The desire to find success in life resides within each and every one of us.
We all have a vision of what success looks like, and what we’d like our lives to be. Ultimately, the power to create or sabotage success lies within our mental and emotional state.
Through humor, storytelling, engaging exercises, and a touch of hypnosis, I empower attendees with practical insights, tools, and strategies for enhancing their mental and emotional well-being.
