She has spent over a decade working across mental health promotion and substance use prevention—from direct care to large-scale campaigns—developing a deep understanding of human behavior, systems, and the upstream solutions that prevent crises before they begin.

Her work is rooted in storytelling as a tool for cultural change. Through years of interviewing individuals and amplifying lived experiences, Riley has honed the ability to translate both data and humanity into messages that move people.
