Josh Davies is an award-winning speaker, author, and workforce futurist. He translates complex forces - AI disruption, automation, and shifting labor markets - into clear, actionable strategy for leaders navigating what comes next. Josh has delivered more than 600 keynotes across four continents and helped audiences move from anxiety about the future of work to a clear, practical playbook for it.

As the founder of The Non-Prophets, Josh convenes global thought leaders to explore where technology, leadership, and human potential intersect. Previously he built and led the Center for Work Ethic Development, a venture he grew from the ground up and ultimately sold to Aztec Software in 2023.
