Any environment where fatigue could lead to errors of judgement that could lead to accident and injury. Of course, many white-collar people would like to know how to avoid fatigue. It is one of the top three reasons people visit their GP.
Resilience and Mental Wellbeing:
How does someone survive and find a way to enjoy life when their very existence is infiltrated with pressure, demands, conflict and abrasive people, situations and circumstances. Developing genuine resilience doesn’t mean learning how to resist these things, but learning to rise above them so that they do not have a negative impact.

Beating Burnout: Breaking the Binds of Should and Must.
Burnout rates are almost beyond belief in this modern world. Stories of people crashing from job stress and overwork are becoming the norm. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Burnout is a problem that arises from unclear agreement, broken agreements, fear, poor communication and unrelenting self-criticism. This can all change. But it takes knowledge and expanded awareness. When we lift the loid, we realise that burnout is often a personal integrity issue. Perspectives can shift and new ways of operating can be discovered.
