jeff whitehorn - Biography
Jeff Whitehorn, MBA, LFACHE, ACC is an author, speaker, executive/leadership coach, and certified team facilitator. He uses his personal experiences from his 25 years as a hospital CEO with HCA Healthcare to help leaders unlock their true potential. He is always ready to provide storytelling, humor, energy, and proven strategies that leave his audience inspired and motivated.
Jeff received his BS degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, and his MBA from the University of Alabama. He is a certified executive coach by the global accrediting body, International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also a certified facilitator by the Association of Talent Development (ATD). Jeff is Lifetime Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
After retiring from HCA Healthcare in 2017, Jeff founded Whitehorn Coaching & Consulting LLC in 2018. His passion as a public speaker is to help others become better leaders. He offers true, real-world stories, examples, and insights gained from his experiences as a CEO to his audiences. He strongly believes that lessons learned by experienced leaders should be passed along to others.
Jeff is the author of the highly popular book, Leadership Treasure: 25 Bits of Gold Discovered From 25 Years as a CEO.
He and his wife live in Brentwood, TN.
