Passion is driven by what you believe in.  Understanding that purpose delivers results.  Knowing that combining the sum parts of a career can be greater than the whole.
 
Greg began his journey within the insurance industry’s leading training program.  After a decade of commercial & benefits sales production he was recruited to join a growing regional independent agency.   Over the next decade his sales and leadership experiences introduced him to expanding roles including marketing & recruiting sales talent.
 
An interest in sales training & performance management led Greg back to positions within insurance carriers. Time within these sales management and field UW roles provided a greater sense of what was missing within historical insurance sales training programs.
 
The resulting catalyst that created his sales training & coaching model in essence the sum of his career experiences.   This in turn led Greg to build the foundation of his experience-based sales model tied back to street acumen called “Accelerate Experience”.
 
His vision is that the sales training models that exist today should not be of a one-off variety.  Speaking and sharing his vision of this evolution with insurance salesprofessionals worldwide.  Helping sales advisors and leaders to achieve higher production, develop the right sales talent and to create a culture of mentorship.

So what happens when Greg is off the grid? It starts with a family that is central to who his purpose. Tenured friends that continue to enrich him. Adventures wherever two wheels, a river boat or hiking boots will lead. A bit of prose and spirited dialogue to end the day. For him it just doesn’t get any better.
