franceska mccaughan - Biography

Hey there! I’m Franceska Marie McCaughan, here to help female leaders become the million-dollar versions of themselves while processing their unresolved childhood trauma. My expertise lies in Entrepreneurship, Personal Development, and Human Design. Why? Because at 32, I found myself questioning my identity, feeling lost without my bank account and accolades. Up until then, I’d built myself a golden cage, overworking for validation, thinking my self-worth came from my grittiness.

Born in Texas and currently manifesting a European castle, my journey wasn’t always a dream. At seven, I faced my mother’s gun, a moment that split my life into a "before" and "after." My home was a place where running water was a luxury, and an empty fridge was the norm. My mom, battling her demons from her own traumatic childhood, worked through nursing school as a single mother in her 40s. We lived on the edge, surviving on credit cards and student loans.

I was often told to move on from the past and focus on the future. But I’m living proof that what we try to outrun is exactly what we need to process. Migraines that started after that bullet missed me by an inch were never linked to unresolved trauma. Over the years, other health issues followed, and an emotionally chaotic marriage unfolded. Trauma leaves its mark, plain and simple.

Up to 70% of people dealing with depression, chronic pain, or substance abuse can trace it back to childhood trauma. We think we can outperform or outwork our deepest wounds, but society’s myth that the past stays in the past doesn’t hold up.

After surviving a childhood that could be the script for a survival thriller, I became a self-made entrepreneur. I chased the dream, thinking that work, success, and a fat bank account would be my golden ticket out of trauma town. I hustled hard, believing that achieving enough would make me enough. But no amount of success could heal my trauma. No money could buy me freedom from the scars of my past.

In my memoir, "SurThriving," I peel back the layers of my life, changing the narrative to own our stories and transform our pain into our greatest strengths. My journey through foster care, surviving on the brink, and stepping into my power shows what’s possible when we confront our past, heal our wounds, and thrive, not just survive. If a little girl who stared down the barrel of a gun can change the world, imagine what you can do.

Since 2020, I’ve helped hundreds of women create consistent income and become the million-dollar versions of themselves. "Millionairess" goes beyond making money; it’s about personal power and realizing your destined impact. I teach my clients to reclaim their power and unleash their highest purpose. Step into your highest self, embracing the wealth, love, and happiness that comes with it.

In 2024, I became an Award-Winning Speaker for Best Presentation Skills and Most Inspiring Speaker. My story reminds others that their dreams are memories from the future and that trauma leaves its mark. It’s our job to heal our unresolved childhood trauma and set a new standard of love, compassion, and empathy for future generations.

If you enjoyed reading this, I look forward to working with you. Let's embark on this journey together!

SurThriving: A memoir about breaking the cycle of childhood poverty, abuse and trauma.

My story isn’t special in the sense that it’s unique to only me. In fact at the time of writing this, there are nearly 15,000 children in CPS custody in Texas. Most of them are in foster homes. Nationwide, roughly 391,098 children are in the system (2021). What I can say is I am brave enough to step up and share it. One thing I have learned on my path of life is developing the courage to walk with fear. And in order to make massive change, have massive impact you must show up in a massive way. You get to decide you’re a big deal and bring awareness to big issues.

Since we were little we were taught how to “survive”. Especially as women, which has led to all kinds of challenges later on. Abusive relationships, body image disorders and unresolved traumas that we unknowingly pass down to our children, the next generation. Generational trauma has become a common phrase being thrown around the self development world but being aware of what traumas are coded in our DNA and what traumas we have that are unresolved, is the key to a life that we genuinely are thriving in. To thrive is not something we were ever taught because we were too busy learning how to survive. Because that’s how those who came before us did it.

The purpose of this memoir is to share my journey of child abuse, foster care and entrepreneurship - bring awareness to the system in an effort to begin the education process required to end this systemic cycle within our communities. I truly believe we are here to fully own our talents, step into our alignment and stand proud in our stories. By owning who we are fully, we can “clean up our side of the street” and as a result make this collective a better space to live and evolve.

Welcome to my world.
