enger muteteke - Biography

Rev. Enger Muteteke is a writer, speaker, minister, trainer, and workshop facilitator rooted in intercultural competency and diversity, equity, and inclusion education.

Through her consulting and curriculum platform, DIEALOGUES, Rev. Muteteke has trains others to cultivate inclusive communities with authenticity, accountability, and Spirit-led courage. Her work weaves together deep theology, lived experience, and a profound love for the Church.

With over 15 years of experience in cross-cultural ministry, Rev. Muteteke is a trusted facilitator and workshop leader—frequently engaging congregations and communities on topics like justice, spirituality, intercultural competency, and listening as spiritual practice.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from The College of William & Mary, a Master of Theological Studies and Master of Arts in Theology from Wesley Theological Seminary, and a Master’s in Social Responsibility and Sustainable Communities from Western Kentucky University. She has led faith communities in both rural and suburban contexts in southern New Jersey, and found joy in preaching, teaching, shepherding, and building authentic relationships.

For Rev. Muteteke, justice begins with one sacred act: listening—to God, to one another, and to the stories that shape us all.
