Drew Chupka, better known to his friends as "Coach", is a born leader and has consistently displayed a dedication to success and achievement in all aspects of his life. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Coach gained attention early on by attaining his Eagle Scout badge having earned 52 merit badges and the Order of  the Arrow by the age of 15.

This desire for accomplishment carried on as he attended Ohio State University in 1966-1970. He played football and baseball as a walk-on for the Buckeyes. During his time at Ohio State, Coach was a proud member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

Coaches ambition and dedication did not end after college. In 1971 Coach became a commissioned 2nd lieutenant United States Army infantry. After a distinguished military career he was honorably discharged and is a true patriot.

Coach has also had a successful business career which began with Moen Faucets in 1977. Within a few short years he led the nation in sales and was promoted to a top position in the company as National Sales Manager for national accounts. He also graduated and instructed the Xerox professional selling skills program in both basic and advanced courses and trained sales forces throughout the country. He took much of this experience and used it to help launch the company CarSpa in 1998 as Corporate Trainer and National Sales Manager.

In the end however, sports and mentoring young men and women has always been a cornerstone of Coach Chupka's heart. He was a longtime football and basketball coach in Nevada, and also a referee for both high school and college basketball. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Nevada Officials Association and most recently elected to the All Sports Board for Nevada. Coach has an extreme affinity for SoZo Global, LLC, and believes in their products along with their business opportunity. With the creation of COACHALL, LLC, with partner Allen Duncan, Coach believes some of his greatest achievements have yet to come. Coach recognizes teamwork is the most important aspect in achieving success.

Recently Coach joined The Ohio State University’s Wall of Fame. Earlier this year, Coach was nominated and elected to Who’s Who In America as well as Who’s Who Worldwide. He has also rededicated himself, and was re-baptized, and is now very active in his church.

Coach has several rules he lives by, including: "Have Fun; Enthusiasm is Contagious, and " Lead by Example."
