Cindy Miller doesn't just talk about unlocking potential — she's lived it. A keynote speaker, TEDx presenter, executive coach, and corporate trainer, Cindy has helped individuals, teams, and organizations at companies including Microsoft, Merck, KPMG, and General Motors break through limitations and perform at their highest level. Her TEDx Talk, Unlock IT: Your Full Potential, is available on YouTube and has introduced her proven framework to audiences around the world.


Her credibility is built on a career few can match. A veteran of five U.S. Women's Opens, Cindy is a former LPGA Tour Player, LPGA Teacher of the Year, Player of the Year, and one of only thirteen teachers in the world to hold Elite status in the LPGA's Top 50. In 2025, she was inducted into the LPGA Professionals Hall of Fame. On the competitive side, she qualified for The Legends Tour — the official senior tour of the LPGA — and finished 2nd on the Money List at age 49, competing alongside legends such as Nancy Lopez and Jan Stephenson. She is also a proud member of the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame, where she went from walk-on to All-American and captained two National Championship Teams.
