Christy has been an entrepreneur for the past 3 years as the founder of Magnetic Cultures LLC. She has over 25+ years of experience in the corporate setting, with nearly 20 years in healthcare staffing specifically. Most of her work focuses on leadership, people operations & workplace culture.



• 9 years as an Executive Chief People Officer (CPO) overseeing numerous People Operations functions.
• 18 years serving in leadership roles ranging from team lead to front-line manager, Senior Director, to C-Suite.
• 16 years combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
• 12 years trailblazing Employee Engagement and Experience efforts, 9 years of which supported hybrid, remote, and in-person formats.
• 15 years dedicated to crafting and scaling a strong culture for all to have a voice, feel included, valued and thrive!

Today through Magnetic Cultures, she partners with business leaders to create custom, magnetic cultures so they can attract and retain rockstar talent that performs!

She serves clients through a variety of methods including: fractional senior leadership, consulting, speaking, leadership development facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
