Brian Pruitt is the Founder and CEO of Pruitt Motivational and The Power of Dad Non-Profit Organization. As a former AP 1st Team All American Running Back and second leading rusher in the nation Brian learned valuable life lessons as a football player that were translated into practical team building leadership skills.

Over the past 23 years Mr. Pruitt has traveled across the country as a Speaker, Trainer and Coach. By drawing from his own personal experiences, Brian enlightens audiences and organizations on how to overcome obstacles and accomplish their dreams.

Brian Pruitt worked for Molitor International Leadership Consulting Company for 4 years and is a certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker and Coach. Brian was awarded the National John Maxwell Top 100 Leadership Award for his work through his nonprofit organization, Power of Dad. P.O.D’s mission is fighting fatherlessness and improving father children relationships.

In addition, for 4 seasons Brian has been apart of the international TV show TV4DADS which aired in 170 countries. Finally, Mr. Pruitt has been a presenter for the NBA’s Phoenix Sun’s, Orlando Magic, Charlotte Bobcats, Youth Alive-7 Project, Teen Mania, Aflac Insurance and businesses throughout the U.S, Canada, Mexico, and Sweden. Presently Brian serves as the Family Life Pastor at GraceValley Church in Saginaw Mi. As a Speaker, Author, Successful Entrepreneur, as well as Television Personality.
