The Magic of Thinking Big:

The Magic of thinking big gets you into the habit of thinking and acting in a manner that brings success. Alan adopted this strategy with great results many years ago when he was in sales and was the first £1m sales executive on an annual target of £220k. He was consistently top sales and management executive for 4 years from a team 1200 sales and management executives.

More than we recognize, all of us are products of the thinking around us. Much of the thinking is small as the environment around us is pulling us down. We are constantly told there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians, but in reality, there are too many Indians and nearly not enough chiefs and especially leaders.

Time and time again many people have refused to underestimate themselves and succeeded in the face of adversity where others could only visualise defeat. We need to develop the leaders of the future. The magic of thinking big is a blueprint for creative thinking and success and will motivate your teams to exceed all expectations.
