Kathryn McKnight is a passionate author and performance coach dedicated to helping others overcome challenges. With over 18 years of living her life in recovery, along with the grace of God, her experience has awarded her the privilege of helping families. Kathryn has worked as an interventionist, sober companion, author, transport, relationships coach, case manager, and business development representative. Kathryn has a unique insight into the struggles that people face daily. Her book is a labor of love, a passion project that seeks to educate and inspire readers about the importance of family intervention in the face of addiction, codependency, control issues, power struggles, and family dysfunctions.

However, Kathryn's passion for helping others goes beyond the written page. As a life coach, she believes that "everyone" has the power within them to transform their lives, and she is committed to helping them do just that.
