Education
Rob Bell founded FOCUS Consulting early in his nine-year tenure
as Personnel Development/ Education & Training Director for
Dick’s Supermarkets, Inc. Rob’s own love for Make
‘em say “WOW!”™ Customer Service led him
to share that love with others.
From being a shy, chemist wannabe in high school, Rob grew into
an outgoing actor-in-training in college. He continued to pursue
training in acting and performance, knowing how important it was
in every aspect of his life and career. Instead of heading for
Broadway, though, Rob became a CPA. Before becoming Dick’s
Supermarkets’ go-to-guy for training, Rob worked as accounting
manager for a large trucking company, an auditor, and an adjunct
instructor at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
Rob’s warmth and humor shine through in each presentation,
allowing participants to gain insight into excellent customer
service and giving them the tools to bring that insight into action!
Armed with his 20+ years’ experience in leadership and
customer service, Rob has been speaking to and training others
professionally since 1995. In fact, he has delivered more than
600 seminars and keynote addresses to business people throughout
the United States. Now Rob brings his high power message to companies
world-wide. Rob’s presentations are high-energy and feature
real-life anecdotes that are as fun as they are meaningful. Participants
leave Rob’s presentations “fired up” and supplied
with the techniques they need to:
* Provide excellent leadership,
* Build high-performing teams,
* Give customers amazing service, and
* Create long-term success!
