| Randy Snow must be your
next motivational speaker. He has excited audiences across the country
with his humor and his determination. His electrifying programs leave
audiences stimulated as he touches every individual with honesty and
energy. No one better represents the idea of discovering options and
finding new opportunities.
Randy Snow is the only athlete in history to compete in three different
summer Paralympic Games (London, Barcelona, Atlanta) in three different
sports and win medals in each sport. He won ten US Open singles
titles and was inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame. Because of
his achievements, he received the Paralympic torch from President
Clinton in Washington, kicking off the Atlanta Paralympic Games
in 1996.
He is an award winning author, a Fortune 500 speaker, past national
MVP in sales, sits on many committees and advisory boards and is
the president of NO?XQs (No Excuse), Inc., an achievement company.
"I have found that as I share my stories with the audience,
I am not only giving them laughter, but I am giving them hope
as well."
Randy Snow
Prior to your program, Randy will review the specific needs and
objectives of your meeting. He will then craft a personal presentation
by folding your theme into the pages of his message. From the moment
Randy takes the platform, he will connect with the audience by using
his personal experiences to relate to their daily challenges. Using
humor and enlightening points, he will challenge the listeners to
stretch their abilities and perform at their best. He will move
people past their fears and help them engage the learning edges
of life.
Keynote
Programs:
“Pushing Forward When Things Change”
Randy's most popular program Pushing Forward When Things Change
uses personal examples to illustrate that despite our circumstances,
whether economic, physical, or otherwise, our dreams can be fulfilled.
Audiences will find themselves laughing one moment and holding
back a tear the next as they look at their own personal and professional
situations.
“The Courage to Lead”
Leadership matters most when the pressure is on. Drawing from
his personal business experiences, medal winning Olympic competitions,
and the lessons learned while accepting a spinal cord injury,
in this program Randy answers the questions we all ask ourselves
when our fortune is on the line.

Some
of the principles Randy uses to guide his audiences:
Accountability: Accountability is being responsible
for our actions – and our lack of action.
Change: Doing the same things and expecting different
results is considered by some insanity.
Courage: It doesn’t matter how strong,
swift, accurate or resourceful you are -- without the
courage to exercise your intentions, these things are meaningless.
Effort: No dream ever died of circumstances,
dreams die because of lack of effort.
Faith: Preceded by trust, faith is not about
the solution, it’s about taking action in spite of your
fear.
Goal Setting: What gets measured gets done.
Making a Difference: There are two kinds of people,
takers and givers. The takers in life may eat better but the givers
will sleep better.
Relationships: Charisma is not a personality;
it’s a decision to be interested in other people.
Teamwork: If you can achieve your goals by yourself,
your goals are set too low.
