Priscilla conquered her own fear of public speaking by using techniques she developed via her own research. When she talks about what to do when feeling faint, she knows because she has had that happen. When she talks about not being able to get to sleep the night before, she knows how to help because she has that problem herself And deals with it.

As Priscilla often remarks during presentations, her graduate degrees — in law from the University of Virginia School of Law and in history from Memphis University — don't qualify her in
