About the Speaker

Peter Reilly is Associate Professor-In-Residence and Director of Training at the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution, UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law (Las Vegas). A graduate of Harvard Law School, Reilly works with corporate, government, and non-profit groups and associations, including the USA TODAY newspaper, Turner Network Sales (a division of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.), the National Park Service, and Women in Cable and Telecommunications. Prior to becoming a law professor, Reilly spent three years as a Hewlett Fellow in Conflict Resolution and Legal Problem-Solving at Georgetown University Law Center, where he taught and researched Negotiations and conflict resolution. Reilly continues to teach classes in negotiation, persuasion and influence through Georgetown University’s Center for Professional Development, as well as Georgetown’s Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership. Before entering academia, Reilly worked for seven years as an attorney for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in Washington, D.C.
