Speaking
-The Best Business Tool Ever
"Half the world is composed of people who have something
to say and can't, and the other half who have nothing to say and
keep saying it." - Robert Frost
In a survey of 300 of company sponsored studies, the number one
job skill that the top performers share is their ability to communicate
well. In an article on women in management, USA Today reported that
89 percent of top women business leaders ranked communication skills
as the number one factor critical to success. In a survey of executives
earning over $250,000 a year, 71 percent said that communication
skills were the most vital to their success.
It's clear that the ability to communicate well is ranked the key
to success in business, politics and the professions. In the minds
of your audience, your client, your customer, or your prospect,
your speaking skills signal the quality of your product, your service,
your support, your leadership, and your people. |
Speak
Like A Leader™
"Language is the dress of thought." - Samuel
Johnson
When you Speak Like A Leader™ it has a certain sound and
feel to it that's unmistakable when you hear it. It's like an indigenous
dialect of those who have learned to express themselves in a way
that communicates an authentic presence. Speak Like A Leader™
language carries energy and intensity to it that clearly distinguishes
itself from routine business language. Leaders move, look, sound,
and say things in a distinctive way that earns attention and attracts
people and opportunities.
The best way to influence people and create the "wow"
experiences is to speak to them in a way that inspires confidence,
provides direction, and creates appeal. The best experiences that
people can have is the unmistakable feeling that they're in the
right hands. That's what you'll learn in Speak Like A Leader™.

Case
Acceptance for Complete Dentistry
The Isn’t It Wonderful When Patients Say “Yes
” case acceptance workshops levels one and two are
designed for dental office teams who want to excel in case acceptance
for cosmetic, implant and restorative dentistry. The workshops are
a hands-on communication coaching experience where you’ll
role play case study simulations of complex care patients. Each
workshop is designed so you and your team come away with the confidence
and skills to predictably make the case acceptance process for complete
dentistry more successful. Workshop attendance is limited to fifteen
offices guaranteeing that you and your team get personal coaching
and the support you need. A special doctors only leadership session
at the workshop is designed to keep the momentum of the workshop
going after you return to your office putting your new skills into
immediate use.
No More
Rejection
Many dentists suffer from the fear of rejection when presenting
complex dentistry. Compounding this fear is the stress of quoting
high fees. Naturally our fear and stress can cripple our communication
making us our least authentic and least empathetic selves. We so
much want our case presentation accepted (or we want to be personally
accepted) that we can become hopelessly self-conscious.
With so much riding on the patient’s decision, it’s
not surprising that rejections lead to resentment about the time
wasted, income lost, patient’s apathy, and your team’s
failure to win the patient over. When we hear “no” from
our patients many of us take it as a condemnation of our professional
success.
New
Skills
An immediate result of these work-shops is you’ll be free
of the fear of rejection and the stress associated with presenting
complex care and high fees. You and your team will return from these
workshops excited about your new confidence resulting in doing more
of the dentistry you love.
One of the best lessons you’ll learn is how to help your
patients understand how to fit your proposed treatment into their
life. When patients need rehabilitative care, the decision to say
“yes” is heavily influenced on how your proposed treatment
fits into their schedule, budget, work, family, and other obligations.
What’s going on in a patient’s life often impacts the
decision to receive complex care more than what’s going on
in their mouth.
You’ll learn the power and freedom of being the patient’s
advocate – not adversary – during the case acceptance
process. The workshop’s special emphasis is to coach your
team in a comfortable manner – there are no scripts to memorize
or high-pressure sales tactics to learn. You’ll discover how
to avoid contests with patients, and offer them choices that lead
to good health care decisions. The bottom line: more patients say
“yes” and everyone wins.
