Patrick Woelfel is President of
Advantage Coaching and Training (ACT).Mr. Woelfel joined ACT after
a 22 year career where he has held senior level positions with several
major companies: Corning, Marsh & McLennan, John Hancock, Morgan
Stanley, and UBS.
A long term student and practitioner in the areas
of personal, professional, and leadership development, change management,
and individual and organizational behavior, Mr. Woelfel has extensive
experience in successfully building, leading, motivating, and coaching
individuals and teams performing in the areas of sales, marketing,
consulting, product development and management, project management,
and account management. He is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC).
Mr. Woelfel earned a MA degree in Sociology from
Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He is a member of The Worldwide
Association of Business Coaches, (WABC), The Society for Organizational
Learning, (SOL), Chaordic Commons, The Investment Management Consulting
Association (IMCA), and the National Association of Variable Annuities,
(NAVA).
