North wood also worked as a certified clinical therapist helping people reach their goals before becoming a full-time speaker. After having won numerous awards and competitions, North Wood, at the young age of twenty-three, won the concertmaster position (1st chair) of the prestigious YMF Debut Orchestra conducted by world renowned conductor and motion picture composer, Lab Schifrin (Mission Impossible, Mannix, The Three Tenors), and guest conductor, John Williams (Star Wars, Boston Pops, Schindlers List). This honor placed him in the upper echelon of top young instrumentalists in the western region. Since then he has gone on to record and perform with nationally recognized major orchestral ensembles, Academy Award winning movies, and the worlds most famous Grammy Award winning artists.
