M. K., a clinical psychologist, has over 28 years experience in healthcare and human/organization development. Currently she leads the work of Key Associates, LLC.
This follows a career as a VP of a major healthcare firm, where she headed up a national seminar/consulting business; prior to that she held several management positions in non-profit, state government and private, for-profit settings. She has published widely and is a nationally recognized speaker on topics such as leadership, managing change, creativity, CQI, and customer-mindedness. Her most recent book is Managing Change in Healthcare: Innovative Solutions for People-Based
Organizations (McGraw Hill, 1999). She also co-authored Corporate Celebration: Play, Purpose and Profit at Work, The Manual for Designing Change in Healthcare, and Thought Packages That Produce Results: Just-in-Time Modules for Continuous Improvement.
M. K earned her doctorate, masters and undergraduate degrees (Phi Beta Kappa) at Vanderbilt University,
where she maintains adjunct faculty status.
