Lorette Pruden, Ph.D., works at the intersection of business and people processes that yield success. She founded Inventive Strategies in 2000, where her broad network of specialists in innovation, marketing, organizational development, business development, and sales training, combine their expertise to solve clients' problems.

Lorette is a chemical engineer-turned-entrepreneur who brings her process thinking, record of innovation, and certified team skills to bear on the challenges of her clients. She has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and spent a rewarding career at Mobil in new product development and the management of innovation. There she first learned to implement Balanced Scorecards™ for strategy execution. She served on the planning team for the PDMA’s Front End of Innovation Conference for five years, and got to talk to Jack Welch about life and marriage.

She also facilitates sustainable growth teams of small business owners through Team Nimbus NJ. Those clients say Team Nimbus has a direct impact on their bottom line, both in time and in money. Lorette works with teams of business owners, sales professionals and independent professionals, training, coaching and inspiring her clients to:
