Bio:

Jean began her career as a Management Consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP - Now, Novell) focusing on Team Effectiveness, Operations Management and Human Resource Development. She served as the Business Operations Manager for CTP's Nordic Region of Europe collaborating with Operations, Sales and Human Resources assimilating employees into the culture and increasing team leadership and communication. She co-developed the core consulting curriculum and delivered training to over 100 new employees a month. 

Jean has worked with corporate clients across high-tech, finance, airline, insurance, retail, biotech, architecture and manufacturing and various academic institutions such as MIT, Babson College, Boston College and Brandeis University.

Her positive outlook, open style and depth of creativity allows her to immediately pinpoint issues and enable organizations and individuals to generate new ways of thinking and working.

Jean is a member of the National Speakers Association and International Coach Federation and has been published in WorldWIT, Boston Magazine and the Boston Globe. She was named one of the top 10 Coaches of Boston by Women's Business Boston in 2007 and is a contributing author to the soon-to-be-released book, “Success is a State of Mind” with Mark Victor Hansen, Les Brown and Deepak Chopra.

She enjoys balancing her work with her talents as an abstract artist and jewelry designer and avid salsa dancer.
