Elizabeth Young-Collins is a highly talented speaker and performer.
Best known for her enthusiasm and energy, Elizabeth enchants her
audiences, be they seven or seventy, with her wisdom, wit, and
passion for people. With a B.A. in French and Modern Languages
from Skidmore College, Elizabeth spent six years as an award-winning
Training Supervisor for the Mass. Dept. of Employment and Training.
At Boston Edison for the next two years, she both led trainings
and innovated the first Trouble Information Management System
training manual and program. As a professional speaker, she has
delivered a wide range of programs from customer service, conflict
resolution, negotiations, and English as a Second Language for
companies like Marriott Hotels and the Hampton Inn. A gifted singer,
Elizabeth has a unique repertoire of songs in many languages.
That, coupled with her humor and substantial training expertise,
makes her a dynamic and unforgettable presenter.
