At Boston Edison for the next two years, she both led trainings and innovated the first Trouble Information Management System training manual and program. As a professional speaker, she has delivered a wide range of programs from customer service, conflict resolution, negotiations, and English as a Second Language for companies like Marriott Hotels and the Hampton Inn. A gifted singer, Elizabeth has a unique repertoire of songs in many languages. That, coupled with her humor and substantial training expertise, makes her a dynamic and unforgettable presenter.
