Bio

Chris McIntyre is the CEO of Be! Everywhere You Are, a San Diego management consulting company focused on helping organizations maximize the “NOW” through executive seminars, coaching, and emotional intelligence (or people skills) development. As heard on 1040 AM, the “Soul of San Diego,” Chris is well known nationally as a motivational speaker, team-builder and peak-performance consultant. Chris graduated from Pennsylvania State University and has a dual master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development.

With over 12-years of training and development experience, including 8-years of national and international military exposure in both the Army and the Air Force, Captain McIntyre led strategic planning and deployment training initiatives for the Air Force’s busiest F-16 Fighter Wing during 9/11 and other Homeland Defense contingencies. While in the Army, Chris deployed to Bosnia to work closely with NATO forces developing international service contracts.

Certified as an Emotional Intelligence Analyst and Executive Coach, Chris is also a certified Critical-Thinking Instructor. His diverse skills have cut across industries from Fortune 500 corporations and the United States Military, to local small businesses, colleges, detention centers and faith-based organizations. Chris is an adjunct Graduate School Professor at Alliant International University and is very active in his local community. He currently chairs the Business Advisory Board of Crawford High School’s School of Law and Business.
