Carol Stevens has an extensive background in strategic consulting, curriculum development and training delivery. Her professional experience includes several positions in training, management, and marketing with two NYSE companies: Exxon Company, U.S.A. and Administaff. Over ten years ago Carol started her business to help clients strategically plan to maximize their potential. Her familiarity with the demands of managing people and projects brings a real-world perspective to her sessions, and she has worked within a wide variety of industries, from manufacturing to health care. Clients include: CenterPoint Energy, The Shaw Group, Waste Management, Harris County Hospital District, Benchmark Hospitality, Wyndham Worldwide, Accenture, and NASA.

Carol’s particular areas of expertise include employee engagement, personal effectiveness, teambuilding, selection interviewing, leadership techniques, customer service, and priority management. Carol is an engaging, enthusiastic, and down-o-earth speaker with over 17 years of experience.

Carol's affiliations include Inscape Publishing, National Speakers Association (NSA), Integro Leadership Institute, Avant-Garde Management/Crestcom, MAJERS Corporation/Vital Learning, the Creative Problem Solving Group – Buffalo (CPS-B), Edge Learning Institute, Blanchard Training & Development, and AchieveGlobal. Carol received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. She has served as a Board Member for the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development and several other organizations. Carol is also a Life Member of the University of Texas Ex-Students’ Association, and an active volunteer through the Junior League of Houston.
